ACREAGE PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT

When planning the development of your property; the topography, soils, drainage, microclimate, vegetation, road access, availability of utilities and surrounding uses will all be considered. Your Municipal Planning Office will be researched for zoning and developmental issues. We will then assess the limitations of your site in regard to the level of development and potential uses you may desire.

A Master Plan detailing all the future dreams and aspirations you may have for your property will be produced, upon which all phases of construction will be based. Architects, surveyors, structural, civil, electrical, and geo technical engineers may be consulted dependant on the size and scope of the project. This detailed planning will be required throughout the permitting process and will insure that all future development will fit seamlessly within your existing improvements.

We can then develop a schedule and detailed WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) that will help us to accurately determine costs, tender any work that will need to be done by subcontractors, provide you with a direct quote, and get to work on your project.
